You have been cherishing your bundle of love for 6 weeks,
have had a postnatal check from your GP and now is the time to spend a bit of time on you to aid your recovery from the last 9 months plus of carrying and having a baby.
You are pregnant for 9 months but you are postnatal FOREVER. So your future self will thank you for getting some specialist care and spending some time and energy on yourself now.
Your body is very different now to pre baby and that is fine, your brain is very different now too!
This program will:
Re-connect you with your core and pelvic floor
Diastasis check and full movement and health screen
Build up your strength and stamina for motherhood
(it’s a long road ahead!) with a program designed around your strengths and weaknesses
Give you some valuable ‘me’ time
Time to be you and not Mum for a while giving you the chance to refuel your fire. “You can’t pour from an empty cup”
Prices – for one to one sessions all held in my private studio
£110 for 4 sessions (45 minute sessions)
£132 for 4 sessions (1 hour sessions)
£264 for 12 sessions (45 minute sessions)
£330 for 12 sessions (1 hour sessions)
If getting to the gym seems impossible try doing some online sessions on Zoom
£105 for 4 sessions (40 mins) You will get a consultation to discuss your goals, then 1 to 1 sessions designed for your goals, at a time to suit you, with the equipment you have at home.
All without having to leave the house. These sessions are for just 40 minutes, enough time to get a productive workout in but don’t feel like you are neglecting work or home life.
