Prices – for one to one sessions all held in my private studio

£100 for 4 sessions (45 minute sessions)

£120 for 4 sessions (1 hour sessions)

£240 for 12 sessions (45 minute sessions including specialist nutrition guidance form TaylorYourNutrition)

£300 for 12 sessions (1 hour sessions including specialist nutrition guidance from TaylorYourNutrition)

If getting to the gym seems impossible try doing some online sessions on Zoom

£95 for 4 sessions (40 mins)

You will get a consultation to discuss your goals, then 1 to 1 sessions designed for your goals, at a time to suit you, with the equipment you have at home. All without having to leave the house.

These sessions are for just 40 minutes, enough time to get a productive workout in but don’t feel like you are neglecting work or home life.
