Firstly, Congratulations!
If you are reading this you are more than likely to be pregnant and would like information on how to exercise through your pregnancy.
On this program you will learn how to exercise SAFELY through your pregnancy through the 3 trimesters, recognising and understanding the changes in your body as the pregnancy progresses.

Recognise Motherhood movement patterns
For example, getting up from the sofa with a sleeping baby in your arms without rocking so much you wake your baby.
Getting ready for the effort of birthing
and for life after having the baby (the 4th trimester)
Relaxation techniques to support you
Prices – for one to one sessions all held in my private studio
£110 for 4 sessions (45 minute sessions)
£330 for 12 sessions (1 hour sessions)
If getting to the gym seems impossible try doing some online sessions on Zoom
£105 for 4 sessions (40 mins)
You will get a consultation to discuss your goals, then 1 to 1 sessions designed for your goals, at a time to suit you, with the equipment you have at home. All without having to leave the house. These sessions are for just 40 minutes, enough time to get a productive workout in but don’t feel like you are neglecting work or home life.
